Shipping Information
Most orders will be shipped within two business days. Most orders are shipped by UPS within the 48 continental United States. Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day Select options are also available.
Shipping and handling charges are based on weight and destination. These charges will be calculated for you after you have completed your shopping prior to final checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Therefore, these shipping rates will be slightly higher. Sorry, we do not ship outside the US or to APO/FPO addresses.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by money order or check, please call Customer Service at 1-610-838-3276 for final order total.
Order Cancellation/Change Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order has been entered into our system.
Refused Delivery/Undeliverable Orders
If the carrier returns an order because it was refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return Policy
If items are damaged in shipping or you received incorrect merchandise or quantities, you must notify Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please call 1-610-838-3276 and we will take the necessary steps to correct the problem.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
You may return any item* for any reason within 15 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Items returned after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. An exception to this policy is pattern books. They are not returnable.
*For quilts sold in groupings, the complete set must be returned.
Please carefully read the steps listed below:
- Returned items must be in new and resalable condition and must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Handle all returns with care. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
- For your protection items must be shipped prepaid and insured.
- Original invoice must be included. The return form enclosed with your order must be completed and enclosed with any returns. This form will give you the option of exchanging an item(s) or requesting a refund in the form of original payment.
